### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to intensify the practice. However, if you are utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
