#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body in motion all the while. Towards the end of the session, we will include a few static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that performs at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also likely observe improved performance in your other workouts.
