### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in several static stretches to enhance the effectiveness. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more comprehensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
