#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the body stays in motion throughout. Toward the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a longer warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also notice improved performance in your other workouts.
