### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring we keep moving continuously. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength training session, don’t hesitate to skip the static holds towards the conclusion.
