#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
Throughout this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. At the conclusion of the session, we’ll hold a few static stretches to enhance our efforts. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds and diving straight into your strength regimen.
Mobility training is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improvements in your performance during other workouts.
