#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the workout. However, if you’re opting to use this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and reducing the risk of injury. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workouts.
