#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly between various hip mobility sequences, ensuring a flow of continuous movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest forgoing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for additional vigorous activity.
Incorporating mobility training is crucial for maintaining your body at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you may notice a boost in your other workout performances.
