#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition through a series of hip mobility routines, smoothly moving from one exercise to another. Towards the end, we’ll include some static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activity.
Mobility training is crucial for maintaining an optimally functioning body and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
