### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the onset of an extended strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your body ready for movement.
