#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body remains active throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the effects. However, if you intend to use this class as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength training session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility training is crucial for preserving a body that performs at its best and avoids injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you will likely notice improved performance in your other workouts.
