### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of an extensive strength training session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.

Focusing on mobility is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you might find your performance in other workouts gets better as well.
