### Flow for Hip Mobility + Glutes
In this class, we will seamlessly transition through a series of hip mobility activities, flowing smoothly from one routine to the next. Near the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up before a strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the conclusion.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal function and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility increases, you might find that your performance in other workouts improves as well.
