### Flow for Hip Mobility + Glutes
In this session, we’ll engage in a continuous flow of hip mobility movements, transitioning effortlessly from one sequence to another. Toward the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you are using this class as a preliminary warm-up for an extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
