#### Flow for Hip Mobility & Glutes

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility moves, connecting one sequence to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a strength session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
