#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll move smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility training is vital for maintaining your body’s optimal function and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
