#### Class for Hip Mobility + Glutes

In this session, we’ll flow through a series of hip mobility exercises, smoothly transitioning from one movement to another. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts too.
