### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement. Near the conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy up.
