#### Glute & Hip Flexibility Session

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement. Near the end, we’ll add a few static stretching exercises. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or as the start of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
