### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for preserving a body that operates optimally and remains injury-free. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you’re likely to observe better performance in your other workouts as well.
