### Flow for Hip Mobility + Glutes

During this class, we will shift smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the session. As we approach the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
