### Hip Mobility & Glute Activation Session
In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a constant flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a comprehensive warm-up before a strength training session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
