### Flow for Hip Mobility + Glutes
During this session, we’ll continuously progress through a range of hip mobility drills, transitioning smoothly from one sequence to the next. As we near the end of the class, we’ll also include some static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is vital for maintaining your body’s optimal function and minimizing the chance of injury. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
