### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition seamlessly between various hip mobility flows, maintaining a continuous movement throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add several static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up for a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
