### Glutes & Hip Mobility Flow

During this session, we will seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, flowing from one movement to the next. Towards the end, we will also include a few static stretches. If you’re using this workout as a warm-up for an extended strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
