### Glutes + Hip Mobility Flow

During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the movement flowing throughout. As we near the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the conclusion.
