#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Flow
In this session, we’ll move fluidly through a variety of hip mobility exercises, transitioning smoothly from one sequence to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for a more intensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
