### Lower Body Strength Circuit Workout

This 45-minute lower body strength circuit workout utilizes only one heavy weight—either a dumbbell or kettlebell—and optionally, a resistance band loop. The session features a guided warm-up and cool-down, without any jumping exercises. It’s also easily customizable with a lighter weight, making it perfect for all fitness levels.

### Equipment Needed

– **One heavy weight** (I’m using a 20 lb dumbbell)
– **Optional:** Resistance band loop

### Workout Structure

We kick off with a dynamic warm-up aimed at enhancing mobility and engaging essential muscle groups. The workout is divided into two circuits:

– **Circuit 1:** Four exercises
– **Circuit 2:** Five exercises

Each exercise lasts for **45 seconds**, followed by **10 seconds of rest/transition time**. After finishing all exercises in a circuit, you’ll take a **30-second** break before starting again.

– **Circuit 1:** Done **four times** (twice on the right side, twice on the left side)
– **Circuit 2:** Done **three times**

There’s a **one-minute recovery** between the two circuits, but you’re welcome to pause the video and take longer if needed. Tune in to your body, adjust as required, and stop if necessary.

The workout wraps up with a guided cool-down and stretch.
