### Hip Mobility & Glutes Workout

In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll integrate some static stretches. If you are using this class as a warm-up for a more rigorous strength workout, you can certainly skip the static holds at the conclusion.
