#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts too.
