### Glute Activation & Hip Mobility Sequence
In this session, we will fluidly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a consistent pace throughout. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this routine as an extended warm-up prior to a strength training session, don’t hesitate to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
