### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and minimizing the potential for injury. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you are likely to notice improved performance in your other workout routines as well.
