### Hip Mobility & Glute Activation Flow
In this class, we will continuously transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, smoothly flowing from one sequence to the next. Towards the end, we’ll include several static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
Integrating mobility practice into your routine is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and minimizing injury risk. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
