During this class, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body stays active throughout. Towards the end, we will incorporate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
