### Glutes & Hip Mobility Workout

### Flow of Hip Mobility + Glutes

During this session, we’ll flow seamlessly through various hip mobility exercises, moving from one sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.

Incorporating mobility exercises into your schedule is essential for optimal body function and minimizing injury risks. Moreover, as your mobility advances, you might find improved performance in your other workouts too.
