### Glute and Hip Mobility Session

#### What to Anticipate
During this session, we’ll smoothly transition through a variety of hip mobility routines, moving seamlessly from one exercise to another. As we wrap up, we’ll add in a handful of static stretches. If you plan to use this workout as a warm-up for a more extensive strength session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
