### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping a steady flow of movement the entire time. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
