### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, keeping constant movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds.
