### Class Focused on Hip Mobility + Glutes

In this session, we will transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining constant movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce a couple of static stretches. Should you use this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for activity.

Incorporating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for keeping your body functioning well and free from injury. Furthermore, as your mobility enhances, you will likely experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
