### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the movement fluid throughout. Toward the conclusion, we will include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength training session, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for sustaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you will likely notice a boost in your performance during other workouts as well.
