### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session
In this class, we’ll move fluidly through a variety of hip mobility exercises, maintaining a dynamic flow. Towards the end, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds.
