### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or as the start of a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the finish.
