#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Towards the end, we will add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or at the start of a longer strength session, I suggest you skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal function and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may experience improved performance in your other workouts.
