### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged all the way through. Near the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up before a strength training session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a well-performing and injury-free body. Furthermore, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved results in your other workouts too.
