### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Session**

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to another, ensuring continuous motion throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Adding mobility exercises to your regimen is crucial for optimal movement and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility advances, you’ll likely witness improved performance in your other workouts as well.
