### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up prior to a more vigorous strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
