### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up before a strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds.
