#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up for a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
