### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous motion throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up before a strength workout, you can skip the static holds as you wish.
