### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition through a series of hip mobility exercises, flowing continuously from one movement to another. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
